Viking Cooking Schools

Viking Cooking Schools are partnering with American Humane Certified to present the benefits of animal welfare in selecting and preparing quality food for all occasions. Whenever possible, farms and ranches that are American Humane Certified will provide the poultry, beef, veal, pork, dairy products for the cooking classes.
