This is because farm animals under the program have been treated humanely in a stress-free and healthy environment, have been provided fresh and clean water and food, and provided with an environment where they can behave naturally with plenty of space for shelter and rest. When you see foods featuring the American Humane Certified logo, you can rest assured that they are the result of the highest standards of respect and care for farm animals.
