Troy Guard
In October 2008, Troy Guard was one of three high-profile Denver chefs who helped prepare a feast from American Humane Certified® foods, at an event we dubbed The Humane Table. For the dinner, Chef Troy prepared Springer Mountain Farms Sous Vide Chicken with soy, ginger, truffle and baby mâche fuji apple salad. TAG serves Eggland’s Best cage free eggs, as well as some humanely raised beef and chicken.
“I loved everything at the dinner,” Guard said. “I thought they all tasted phenomenal and they were great products. They lasted longer, and just knowing they come from a good source was the best thing out there.”
